The state of the art CNC machine centers provide accuracy and precision tolerance. All gear teeth are crown shaved for a smoother operation. The deep carburizing of the gear to HRC60 is also made for the toughest operation….

BlackLabel’s rugged gear drives offer high precision timing, eliminating chain stretch. They are CNC machined making it easy to install and fits under stock timing covers. Each BIG BLOCK kit includes locking plate, offset cam bushings, roller cam button & bronze thrust bearing.
