8005 Single Spring w/dampner,   springs are designed for big block motors that require a 1.5250 outer diameter spring. Springs are desigend for street/strip applications with cam combination with no more than .600 lift. Spring pressures and installed heights are as follows;
140lbs at 1.900, 165lbs at 1.850, 180lbs at 1.800, 350lbs at 1.300, 365lbs at 1.250, 380lbs at 1.200

Coil bind at 1.160

Installed spring height should be checked with your camshaft specs of your application.

• These heads fit years from 1955 to 2009
  the difference is gen4-5-6 blocks

  Due to the wide combustion chamber needed to fit around the large 2.250/ 1.880″ valves, we recommend our PCE348.1004 MLS head gaskets.
  To install our BBC heads on Mark V blocks, you will need to use our SM5233L and SM5233R Elite Series MLS head gaskets. Alternatively, you can use Victor Reinz # 4918(R) & #4923(L) head gaskets on Mark V blocks with our heads.
